VOLVO AA XC MTB race at Tai Lam Chung - 15km & 30km (1 loop or 2 loops)

Supported by Pacific Coffee and Fox Racing.

Tai Lam Chung is probably the best and easiest loop course in Hong Kong for beginners to learn to ride and to join an easy race circuit. For the more experienced participants, make sure you yell passing on left or passing on right when overtaking slower riders. The 15km loop is around 6 km cement road then 6km of dirt trail along the MacLehose trail, then the final 3km along a bit more technical trail that is rideable as you'll see in many of our past videos uploaded to this site. Great cross country (XC) riding and highly recommend this area for training.

9:00am - Start in front of BBQ on road (2 loop participants)

9:10am - Start in front of BBQ on road (1 loop)

TRANSPORT

FREE bike truck and bus from Central Star Ferry Pier #7 leaving 07:40 (arrive 15 min before to load) and returning after awards ceremony 12:30pm. Mention this in your registration entry form on the bio line if you need this as limited seating to first 50. Deadline Weds Feb 24.

Changes, Cancellation & Refunds
Strictly no refunds once payment is made.  No transfer of credit is possible. Race Director has the final say on all matters.

Bike Numbers and Personal Bag Check:
Bike numbers for your bike handlebars, a category letter for your back, a High5 gel, Fat Angelos certificate (and shirts if you've paid extra) to be picked up at registration 1 hour before race start. Bag check at registration area at BBQ at Tai Lam Chung Dam.

Meko & Gatorade on course and finish. And Pure Blonde beer at finish

15公里及30公里越野單車比賽 - 大欖涌水塘 – 2月27日 (星期六)

動感亞洲活動將在2010年舉行一連串越野單車比賽，為了讓你作出更好的準備，2月27日率先於大欖涌進行第一站，大欖涌水塘是本港其中一個最簡易的賽道。15公里為一圈，當中首6公里為水泥路、接著6公里為山路、最後3公里為技術賽道，完全適合不同程度的參賽者。

8時正 – 於大欖涌水塘燒烤場登記及領取比賽編號
8時50分 – 比賽簡介
9時正 – 30公里 (2圈) 賽事開始
9時10分 – 15公里 (1圈) 賽事開始

15公里個人賽組別 (1個圈)

比賽編號及扣針會於登記時(登記於比賽1小時前開始)派發，個人物品可寄存在起點。
