Aim:	To promote healthy living through adventure in some of Hong Kong's most scenic areas.

Full adventure - The hardest and most hardcore of the 3 this adventure category lives up to the full spirit of the Action Asia Challenge pushing teams of 2 (need bike, helmet and climbing equipment) to finish a course designed with:

- Mountain Biking

- Ocean Kayaking

- River rock scrambling with ropes

- Swimming

- Trail Running

- Ocean Kayaking

Kayak n Run (no helmet needed) - THIS CATEGORY IS NOW FULL.

- Ocean Kayaking

- Trail running

Trail running (no helmet needed) - STILL ROOM.

- Trail running only with 90% dirt trails, ridge lines and 10% road (easy for all as not difficult terrain but challenging)
