Race Pack Pick Up & Registration 參賽物品及領取方式

RACE PACK PICK-UP AT ACTION X STORE:

ACTION X STORE - 28 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, HK - exit A2 and walk 50m behind 7-11 & Circle K - Map of store at www.actionxstore.com

Registration for pick up Race Pack with Race numbers, shirts, pins, luggage tag, timing band:

24KM & 50KM INDIVIDUAL
OCT20-24 (MON-FRI) 11AM-8PM

No registration race pack pick up on race morning.
Only exception is overseas participants on Sat Oct 25. If you are overseas participant and can only pick up race morning please email us to confirm and please bring proof of overseas resident race morning.

Race organizer reserves the right to apply a fee (HK$200) for anyone to pick up race pack race morning. (tbc)

 

Picking up for friends -Yes can do this on race week as long as you bring signed release form from friends.

Race Director has final say on any changes.

領取跑手包:

Action X Store 門市店舖 – 香港上環文咸東街28號地下 - 上環地鐵站 A2 出口, Circle K後步行50米。有關地點可於以下網站查閱地圖 www.actionxstore.com
登記及領取號碼布、紀念T-SHIRT、扣針及計時帶等:

24公里及 50公里個人
10月20-24日 (星期日至星期五) 11:00AM - 8:00PM

 

比賽當日不設領取跑手包。

 

海外參賽者特別安排，可於10月25日(星期六)領取跑手包。如必須賽事早上領取跑手包，請先電郵payment@actionasiaevents.com與大會聯絡及確認，及必須於賽事早上出示海外居留之證明。

任何參賽者於賽事早上領取跑手包，賽事主辦單位保留收取有關行政費用港幣200元之權利。

每位領取跑手包之參賽者均須填寫”免責書”(將於賽前一星期上載左方"DOWNLOAD PDF"拉頁內)。

”代領取者”，必須出示由參賽者簽署之”免責書”及大會將紀錄其身份資料。

行李寄存:

設於賽事起點，請扣上行李寄存牌(牌號與參賽號碼相同) ，大會設有行李寄存服務。
請保留貴重財物於家中，大會將不負責任何因寄存行李所引至之財物損失。
