(50km) There will be a cut-off before dark near Pak Tam Chung. Participants who continue on last Pak Tam Au section after 3:30pm MUST have a headlamp or torch with them and will not be allowed to continue if they don't carry. As in any first year course we could make time adjustments.

水站: 共1 個 (CP1-西灣路涼亭後1公里)
大會截停時間,設於此水站,為開賽後5小時,供喜歡步行完成人士享受遊山樂趣。
附設BONAQUA 飲用水,香蕉及橙等。


24公里賽道描述: (24.3公里) – 全程限時9小時。
垂直攀升距離1529米,垂直下降距離1509米,總相差值3038米,最少攀升為1米,最多攀升為408米。
北潭涌-大網仔路-大枕蓋(408米)-鹿湖郊遊徑-赤徑(海平線)-蚺蛇坳-東灣(海平線)-大灣(海平線)-鹹田-螺地墩-西貢西灣路涼亭-北潭涌
