2018 – Lijiang Yunnan Action Asia 3 day Ultra Marathon (April 6-8, 2018)

Phase 2: FEB 1 – MAR 18, 2018	US $950 (approx. HKD $7,420)
Late fee price: MAR 19, 2018 – APR 1, 2017	US $1,050 (approx. HKD $8,200)

Late fee includes a HKD1000 voucher per person if 2 or more register at same time to be used at Action X Store with deadline March 27.

VIP Discount

For AAE VIP who have participated at least one oversea's 3 day event from June 2016 until now, you can enjoy a 10% off discount rate to enter 2018 Lijiang Yunnan Action Asia 3 day Ultra Marathon. Please contact payment@actionasiaevents.com to get the registration code or use the VIP code listed below when you register at online payment section. ***This discount can only be used upon registration. You can not claim for this benefit after the registration.

Multiple Person gift voucher

For late entry fee please note that you will receive a HKD $1000 Action X Store gift voucher (per person) as a BONUS, if two people register and PAY for your race registration at the same time (which is defined as within 24 hours of each other).

Charity Donation

Please note that your registration fee includes a $100 RMB donation to Action Asia Foundation (AAF). AAF will then make a donation on behalf of the event (and it’s participants) which will be used towards providing school supplies in the local village. Please note that there is an option to provide an additional donation; and details of this can be found when completing the entry form.

What's included in the entry:

• Airport car pickup at Lijiang airport and taken to race venue if you arrive ON April 5 
• For participants arriving BEFORE April 5, no airport pick up, but shuttle bus to race venue included in the entry, departs Lijiang domestic airport at 12 noon after Shenzhen flight going direct to Lugu Lake and 2nd bus leaving at 5pm on April 5 from official hotel - Dian Jun Wang Hotel, Minzhu Rd, Ancient Town Area, Lijiang (Tel: (0888-5120666)
• *Please email us your flight information including arrival & departure time and flight number for pick up arrangement.

• Transportation during stage race days and transport of your luggage between race stages.
• Accommodation for Thursday,  Friday,  Saturday (April 5-7), 3 nights in village hotel (clean beds, sheets and pillow). Two people per room.
• Transportation from finish to official hotel area in Lijiang on Sunday April 8 after finish line awards
• Breakfast Friday, Saturday and Sunday (April 6-8) (Chinese breakfast/Chinese cake/tea/coffee), awards lunch Sunday April 8. (note easy to purchase lunch & dinner at reasonable prices at hotel and 5 minute walk from hotel but you will need local RMB currency)
• Racing numbers, pins & souvenir shirt provided.
• Water on race course (check point every 10km estimate) with fruit also at checkpoints. Finish line water / fruit available.
• Medical, Police and staff support with event 3rd party insurance.
• Finishers medal (Certificates for category top 3 winners)

What's not included:

• room space for friends and family as they must pay just like participants even if coming just to volunteer or cheer you on..
• Optional extra nights accommodation on Sunday April 8 or beyond - Recommend through your agent or if you live in HK, you can also use race official travel agent (Dynasty Centre Travel Agency - see info on bottom webpage) who can give you quotations.
• Visa & permits for China (need 3-4 days to apply in most home countries)
• Food at guest house where race will take place (Food is good in local village (fried rice / fried noodles etc and easy to order, but does take a while to cook - cash in local RMB currency).
• Return flight tickets to Lijiang, Yunnan, China
• Personal insurance
• Family, friends, volunteers, others who want to come with you - they are treated like a participant in race and still have to pay full fee (actually in a way they cost us more as we have to transport them around also)
