Insurance - The organizer takes no responsibility and we recommend that all participants get their own personal accident coverage to cover any personal accidents.
Medical - As this event involves going into the mountains we recommend all participants to have gone to a medical checkup before the event to make sure you are physically fit enough to handle this kind of physical challenge.

WATER locations on 54km course - Recommend AFCD visitor centre kiosk (8am-6pm) at Tai Mo Shan Rd/Rt Twisk - 10km mark & 40km mark if doing 54km course or at 10km mark of the 25km course. Also Ho Pui village around 20km (on 54km course) but not sure operating hours of small shops in Ho Pui village.
