Race Pack Pick Up & Registration 參賽物品及領取方式

 

Date: 27  - 30 November 2019 (Wednesday to Saturday)

<For participants registered on or after Nov 25, 2019, please pick up your race pack on Nov 30, 2019>

Time: 11:30am - 7:30pm

Location: ACTION X STORE - 28 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, HK - exit A2 and walk 50m behind 7-11 - Map of the store at www.actionxstore.com
Race Pack include Race numbers, shirts, pins, luggage tag, SALONPAS
*Try your best to spread out on above schedule if possible as if not, it is okay. But we just don’t want all participants to come on last day, so we are encouraging you to try and spread out based on the schedule above. Not mandatory so if you are too busy, you can go on any date above.

Picking up race pack for others?? - If you need someone else to pick up for you, please download RELEASE FORM from the DOWNLOAD PDF from the left side of this website and insert your identity card number top left and sign at the bottom. Then give your friend to take to race pack pick up.

Attention: Participants who miss the race pack pick up date can contact Action Asia Events for special race pack pick up arrangement on the race day. HKD150 cash administration fee is required at the counter on the race day. Administration fee can be waived for participants from Macau, Mainland China or overseas, please email us with your valid ID scanned copy (payment@actionasiaevents.com) before 22 Nov 6 pm for special arrangement and present your valid ID at the counter on race day.

Race Director has final say on any changes.

領取跑手包地址: Action X Store – 上環文咸東街28號地下 - 上環港鐵站 A2 出口後步行約50米。有關地點可於以下網站查閱地圖 www.actionxstore.com
跑手包物品：參賽者號碼布、扣針、比賽紀念T-shirt、行李寄存牌、撒隆巴斯。

*為免大量參賽者同時於最後一天領取跑手包, 建議參賽者盡量根據以上的派發時間表去領取相應組別的跑手包, 並代為廣傳此訊息。

我可以代替其他人領取跑手包嗎？
您可以請其他人代領跑手包。但參賽者需要從此頁面的左側下載RELEASE FORM表格，然後於右上角填上身份証號碼，並簽妥後交給代領者。於前往領取跑手包時，請代領者帶上該表格。

注意：參加者如未能在指定日期領取選手包，請聯絡動感亞洲安排於比賽當日領取選手包，參加者須於比賽當日繳付港幣150現金行政費。澳門/ 中國大陸居民 或 海外參賽者，並能于比賽日出示有效之ID / 身份證明文件除外，可獲豁免。請於11月22日下午6時前，電郵Payment@actionasiaevents.com與大會聯絡及確認，郵件請附上有效之ID / 身份證明掃描文件，以便特別安排。
