You are allowed to pick up entry for your friends, but
they need to download release form from website (bottom of this page) and sign for you to bring.
Remember this year course will be in reverse like 2 yrs ago with climbing Sunset Peak first, then Lantau Peak then under the cable car down to Tung Chung.
START: 8am Citygate, Tung Chung (by waterfountains near movie theatre)
Registration pick up will be at Overalander shops in September for all participants of Salomon Lantau 2 Peaks (will choose 2 dates). No registration on race morning (too many people).

DISTANCES:
15 km – Ngong Ping only or “half” peak - A hill climb giving you a good workout up Shek Mun Kap trail thru monasteries to Ngong Ping water cp (458m), then nice dirt single track trail around Nei Lek Shan (the highest elevation 564m) and down the 360 rescue cement and wooden stair trail under the cable car back to the Tung Chung path (north side of river) all the way to Citygate.
21 km – Lantau 2 Peaks – A very tough hill climbing course that you need to train for. Tung Chung, Wong Lung Hang road, Wong Lung Hang trail stairs, Sunset Peak, Pak Kung Au Water CP, Lantau Peak, Ngong Ping Water CP, Nei Lek Shan contour trail, 360 Rescue trail, Tung Chung Citygate. Four (4 hr) hour cut-off at Pak Kung Au will be in effect meaning those arriving after 4 hrs will be re-routed down Tung Chung Rd to Shek Mun Kap to rejoin the end of the 21km route.
TRAINING IS NEEDED FOR 21 km 2 peaks category - Please make sure you do hill training before competing in this category as you will be climbing some of the biggest peaks in Hong Kong.

After you fill out registration online form and hit CONTINUE at bottom of entry form you will have credit card option. If you choose to pay other method then stop after you have hit continue button and send check or do bank transfer.

Above red button "Online Payment" on home page top left. Credit card payment has built in 3% charge included as we get charged 3%. Also after online registration you will automatically go to this page when hitting continue button.

Cancellation & Refunds:

第三屆 – Salomon Lantau 2 Peaks – 21公里山路賽 – 2011年10月9日
今年比賽路線將與前年2009年度一樣，由大東山開始，途經鳳凰山及昂坪360救援徑到達東涌終點。
若希望賽前來一個熱身試煉，可考慮動感亞洲尼泊爾三天超級馬拉松(2011年10月1-3日)。
這絕對是極好的毅行者熱身鍛鍊。
賽程:
15公里： 東涌→ 石門甲→ 昂坪水站(458米)→ 彌勒山(賽事最高點564米)→ 昂坪360救援徑→東涌東薈城終點
21公里 :（鳳凰山及大東山）： 東涌→ 黃龍坑徑及馬路→ 大東山→ 伯公坳水站→ 鳳凰山→ 昂坪水站→ 彌勒山→ 昂坪360救援徑→ 東涌東薈城終點 (大會半程截止時間為開賽後4小時，設於伯公坳水站。若參賽者未能於限時之前到達伯公坳水站，參賽者將改道往東涌道前往石門甲返回東涌東薈城終點)。
建議21公里組別之參賽者進行賽前訓練 – 因閣下將登上香港其中最高之山嶺，請確保閣下能在賽前進行有關練習。
