跑手包提取安排Race pack collection

 

日期 : 2014年9月26 & 27日(星期五及六)

Date : SEP 26 & 27, 2014 (FRI & SAT)

時間 :下午 12時 至 晚上 9時

Time : 12 noon to 9 pm

*請帶同已簽妥的免責書(可於活動網頁內Download pdf 下載) 到以上地點提取選手包

*Please present the signed release form (download form webpage, Download pdf section) with runner name to collect the runner pack
跑手包包括 :大會紀念背心、參賽號碼布、扣針、贊助商小禮品

Race Pack : Official event T-Shirt, Race number, pins, small gift

海外跑手: 請嘗試安排於上述日期提取跑手包。若情況不許可，請電郵大會安排特許於比賽早上提取跑手包。

Overseas participants: Please try to collect race pack on above dates. If you cannot, please email us to arrange permission for you to get this in race morning.

 

代領跑手包手續

(1) 首先請到活動網頁內Download pdf 部分，下載免責書(Release Form);

(2) 參賽者於免責書上簽署後，代領者帶同該免責書前往謙商旅･東門館代領跑手包 (請注意代領者需在免責書背後寫上自己的姓名，國民身份証號碼和簽署以便大會確認身份)。

Picking up for friends

(1) Please download a release form from event webpage – Download pdf section;

(2) The release form has to be signed by the participant and the “pick up” person will present the signed release form at Pro Outdoor for registration purpose (The “pick up” person has to write down his/ her Full name, Taiwan ROC ID and sign at the back of the release form for event organizer’s record).

 

領取跑手包

(1) 賽事當天不設領取跑手包，因任何原因，未能於大會設定之日期及時間內親身或由朋友 (請帶備填妥的免責書) 領取，請電郵(events@actionasiaevents.com) 給我們以提供協助。

(2) 凡於賽事當天領取跑手包者，均需繳付現金台幣200元。

Runner Pack Picking up

(1)   No race pack picks up on race morning. For any reason, you cannot pick up on the specific time and days, please email (events@actionasiaevents.com) us for assistant.

CASH – NT$200 will be charged for runner pack pick up on race morning
