Race Pack Pick Up & Registration 參賽物品及領取方式

RACE PACK PICK-UP WEEK OF RACE May 5 - 9, 2015.


First Stage : IF YOU REGISTERED AND PAID ON/ BEFORE MAY 1, please pick up race pack between MAY 5-9 (TUE-SAT) at Action X Store in Sheung Wan.

Second stage: runner pack pick up from MAY 9 (SAT) for registration and entry paid on or AFTER MAY 2.
 
No registration on race morning.

ACTION X STORE - 28 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, HK - exit A2 and walk 50m  - www.actionxstore.com


Registration for pick up Race Pack with Race numbers, shirts, pins, luggage tag, timing band and other sponsor things together with bike number if in adventure category:

Race pack pick up for friends - See attached RELEASE FORM in DOWNLOAD PDF on left side which you can download, sign and give to friend to pick up for you if you can't make it.

 

Adventure category equipment - WE NEED TO SEE IT at race pack pick up if you have NOT RACED IN LAST 2 editions of Action Asia Challenge (2013 & 2014). Must bring and show your climbing harness, carabiners x 3, figure 8 and slings x 2 to the staff at race pack pick up. If not they will not give you your race pack. Must have equipment for 2 people on team. Not 1 person. This is for your safety.

提取跑手包安排:

第一階段：　201５年5月1日或之前成功繳款登記之參賽者，請於5月５日-９日(星期二至星期六)　前往ＡＣＴＩＯＮ　Ｘ　ＳＴＯＲＥ上環門市店舖領取跑手包。

第一階段：　２０１５年5月２日或之後成功繳款登記之參賽者，請於5月９日(星期六)　前往ＡＣＴＩＯＮ　Ｘ　ＳＴＯＲＥ上環門市店舖領取跑手包。

比賽當日不設提取跑手包。

ACTION X STORE 門市店舖 – 香港上環文咸東街28號地下 - 上環港鐵站 A2 出口後步行約50米。有關地點可於以下網站查閱地圖 www.actionxstore.com
門市時間: 星期一至日    11:00AM - 8:00PM

 

賽前登記及領取號碼布、紀念T-SHIRT、扣針及計時帶。完全挑戰賽另附有單車號碼牌。

代領跑手包安排－若參賽者未能親自前往取跑手包，請於左方＂ＤＯＷＮＬＯＡＤ　ＰＤＦ＂內下載＂ＲＥＬＥＡＳＥ　ＦＯＲＭ＂，並於參賽者欄署名及簽署後，由代領者帶同到ＡＣＴＩＯＮ　Ｘ　ＳＴＯＲＥ　門市店舖，進行賽前登記。（若ＦＵＬＬ　ＡＤＶＥＮＴＵＲＥ之參賽者，請留意必須出示指定裝備＊）　　

＊挑戰賽裝備 – 每位隊員必須於領取跑手包時出示指定裝備

(若閣下曾參與動感亞洲挑戰賽2013 或2014之賽事可包括免)。

(1) 安全帶，必須是UIAA或CE認可 x 1;

(2) 螺絲鎖扣或自動鎖扣 x 3；

(3)  八字環 x 1 及

(4) 合規格之50-60厘米繩索(slings) x 2

若未能出示有關裝備，大會將不會發放跑手包。請注意必須同時出示同隊2 人之裝備。請明白上述為安全理由，多謝合作。
