Example of a typical training session:

This programme is designed and suitable for all ages and levels, from beginners to pros with strength and endurance training. The class is based on time, not repetitions so that everyone can keep up! There will be rest breaks and water breaks.

Your trainer will give you cues on how to perform each exercise with maximum efficiency and safety.

Easy warm-up 10 min

Running drills 10 min

Circuits - full body and plyometric training. 3 x 10 min

Cool down, stretch 10 min
