Race Pack Pick Up 參賽物品及領取方式

Oct 31 - Nov 4 (Tuesday to Saturday)

Time: 11:30am - 7:30pm

Location: ACTION X STORE – 11 Floor, Unit B, 12 Wing Lok Street, Wing Sing Commercial Centre, Sheung Wan, HK - exit A2 and walk 50m LEFT towards Central direction.

(unless OVERSEAS participant showing proof of ID/passport can pickup day before race after emailing us to arrange and give confirmation)

Race Pack include Race number, shirt, pins.

Picking up race pack for others: If you need someone else to pick up for you, please download RELEASE FORM from the DOWNLOAD PDF from the left side of this website and insert your identity card number top left and sign at the bottom. Then give your friend to take to race pack pick up.

Attention: Participants who miss the race pack pick up date can contact Action Asia Events for special race pack pick up arrangement on the race day. HKD150 cash administration fee is required at the counter on the race day. Administration fee can be waived for participants from Macau, Mainland China or overseas, please email us with your valid ID scanned copy (payment@actionasiaevents.com) before October 6^th, 2023 - 6 pm for special arrangement and present your valid ID at the counter on race day.
Race Director has final say on any changes.

Registration for pick up Race Pack with Race numbers, shirts, pins and luggage tag 

Release Form: Runners are required to sign a release form to collect the race pack.

NO registration or race pack pick up on race morning.

領取地點：ACTION X STORE 門市店舖 – 香港上環永樂街12號 永昇商業中心11B - 上環港鐵站 A2 出口後步行約50米。有關地點可於以下網站查閱地圖 www.actionxstore.com

賽前登記領取跑手包: 號碼布、紀念背心、扣針及行李牌

代領跑手包 - 每位領取跑手包之參賽者均須填寫免責書 (將於賽前一星期上載到左上方"DOWNLOAD PDF"拉頁內)。代領取者必須出示由參賽者簽署之免責書 , 大會將紀錄代領取者身份資料。門市會準備額外“免責書”供參賽者填寫。

比賽當天不設提取跑手包。海外參賽者除外。

海外參賽者: 如有須要，(特別安排)可於比賽當日領取跑手包。請在10月6日前電郵與大會聯絡及確認，以便作出安排。

請注意 - 任何參賽者未能於賽前之指定日期內前往ACTION X STORE提取跑手包，可特別安排於賽事早上領取，並須即場繳付現金港幣150元，作為有關之行政費用。(澳門/ 中國大陸居民 或 海外參賽者，並能于比賽日出示有效之ID / 身份證明文件除外，可獲豁免)。但請於10 月6日下午5時前，電郵Payment@actionasiaevents.com與大會聯絡及確認，郵件請附上有效之ID / 身份證明掃描文件，以便特別安排。）
