全程垂直攀升總距離最少3016米，單次最高攀升距離為591米。環繞石門山，沿水庫直到山脊山徑入口，靠右跑越兩個大圈，經脊線返回石門水庫停車場終點。
Minimum 2937m elevation gain and 2937m elevation loss with Max elevation 591m. Big loop around Shimen mountain then road waterfront until trail entrance on ridge, right turn doing 2 other large loops and ridgeline back to Reservoir parking lot.

50公里截跑限時/ 關門時限為14小時 (即晚上7:00)。跑手必須配備頭燈照明裝備，並附有後備電池。
Cut-off for 50k will be 7:00pm (14 hours) with mandatory headlamps for all runners. Must have spare batteries in headlamps.
