Event Entry 報名辦法

Registration STARTED for the 2019 edition around 4-5 hours from UB.

First come first serve based on payment received for first 140 participants.

• Special friend promotion - anyone who enters a friend at the same time of registering will be entitled to an HKD1,000 voucher for shopping at Action X Store (2 x HKD500 vouchers). There’s no limit on the number of referrals, so the more friends that register together, the more you will earn! There’s no limit to how much you can accumulate (for e.g., if you register for 4 friends at the same time. You are entitled HKD2,000 (4xHKD500) voucher for shopping at Action X Store)
• T&Cs: Same time: the friend registrations need to be within 24hrs of each other. It is the responsibility of the person who registered to email payment@actionasiaevents.com of the name list (registration full names) of all friends registered and sends over correct mailing address for AAE to send you Action X Store voucher.
• VIP promotion - (10% off Mongolian individual entry for anyone already entered in 2018 Nepal Action Asia event. Enter VIP code: VIPMONG2019 before you check out in the registration system

Entry Procedure & Payment Method

CLICK REGISTER NOW BUTTON TOP RIGHT CORNER OF THIS PAGE FIRST. Then click continue at bottom of the registration form which sends us your online form automatically. You will then be forwarded to credit card payment page automatically and can continue paying by credit card. (We will have received your online entry application already when you hit the submit button so don't worry).

Click REGISTER ORANGE BUTTON on RIGHT SIDE OF website (or continue credit card option when filling out entry form). Easy to use credit
card payment.

Confirmation of entry
Once payment is received, the payment system will send a confirmation letter with entry details to you via email. Please make sure we have your correct email as we will send updates to you. Please notify us immediately if we have your wrong email. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE SO GET YOUR ENTRY IN.

Changes, Cancellation & Refund policy (Effective from 29 May 2018)
Upon cancellation of an event registration, the participant will be charged a certain percentage of the total price of the entry fee (cancellation charge) / a larger percentage can be credited to the next AAE 3-day race as listed below.

• If the registration is canceled 6 months or before the event day: 90% credit can be transferred to the next 3-day AAE race; or 50% of the full enrollment fee will be retained by the organization
• If the registration is canceled 5 months before the event day: 80% credit can be transferred to the next 3-day AAE race; or 50% of the full enrollment fee will be retained by the organization
• If the registration is canceled 4 months before the event day: 60% credit can be transferred to the next 3-day AAE race; or 60% of the full enrolment fee will be retained by the organization
• If the registration is canceled 3 months before the event day: 40% credit can be transferred to the next 3-day AAE race; or 80% of the full enrolment fee will be retained by the organization
• If the registration is canceled 2 months before the event day: 20% credit can be transferred to the next 3-day AAE race; no request for reimbursement will be honored.

*For all refund cases, participants will bear the admin charge.

Transfer of entry to a friend after payment is only allowed up to 2 weeks before race day and is not allowed to be advertised in any media platform. HK$150 (US$20) admin charge for personal detail changes or category changes only up to 2 weeks before race day. Race Director has the final say on all matters.
