NO discount if fly out early:

If you choose to fly back immediately after awards ceremony no discount on hotel room.

There is an option to add hotel fee to get your own room.

Race organizer reserves right to change official hotel.

Prices reflected are the same regardless of distance (60km/100km).

This is an expedition and if wanting to invite family or friends, they must register and pay like a participant as same fee.

CSR - Raising money for charity

Action Asia Events is interested in raising charity funds for the purchase of school supplies that are needed in close by village areas and for the nomadic community. Whether it is a donation of US$ 5 or US$ 100, all donations are welcome when you register, but not mandatory. A sponsorship pledge form will be sent by email to confirmed participants and put on the site. We're also looking at a way to do more and will discuss this with different organizations for CSR ideas and welcome input. We also encourage ALL to bring English school books for ages 4-10 that we will give out to schools.
