Why do you exercise in general?

I love how exercise helps me truly listen to my body - how it's feeling, what it needs, and what it can help me accomplish.

Also, exercise has always been for me more than a way to "get fit". I love to hike, rock climb, and dive because it's a way to see beautiful parts of the world I would never otherwise see. They're also relatively social activities, so I get to spend time with friends or meet new people along the way.


What is your typical diet every day as do you take your food seriously like only eating healthy food 3x a day or how often in a week do you go on junk food or what you might call unhealthy binge?

I love food, and all food! But I'm a real believer in "everything in moderation" - so I am not particularly restrictive, but I try to eat mindfully. I'm a sucker for salt & vinegar potato chips! I have definitely used the time at home during COVID to purposely reduce the amount of meat in my diet.

Who motivates you and why?

My children! Goes without saying that I hope they can live in a world that's better than ours. In their future, I hope they are still able to enjoy the mountains and oceans the way we do today.

If their was a slogan that you would love to tell the world, what would it be and how did you hear this?

"Love all, trust a few, do wrong to none." Shakespeare.

Any expectations for Repulse Bay Action Sprint?

This will be my first AA Sprint after 5 and 2 kids! I'm looking forward to the fantastic energy of the event, and once again really feeling in tune with my body.
