Start Time: 起步時間:	6:30 am: 54 km, 27km, 16km (sunrise 6:45 so first 15min in dark) 上午6時30分: 54 公里 (日出時間為6時45分，首15分鐘需要在天黑的環境下進行) 6:40 am: 27 km (going over Lantau Peak & Sunset Peak, contour of ridge to Pak Mong - Olympic Trail back to Tung Chung)  上午6時40分: 27 公里 (穿越大嶼山及大東山的地方至白芒-奧運徑返回東涌) 6:50 am: 16 km (no major peaks - contour of ridge to Pak Mong - Olympic Trail back to Tung Chung)  上午6時50分: 16公里 (跑至白芒-奧運徑返回東涌)

Pandemic measures - Due to the pandemic there will be precautionary measures related to COVID-19 to be taken by the Organiser at this event including all participants must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (i.e. receiving two doses 14 days before event), which is the entry requirement of the race. Participants are required to upload their vaccination records during online enrolment or shortly after to google link provided.

Deadline for submission is November 15th, 2021.

Participants are also required to show the vaccination records on the event day for checking as and when required.

Vaccinated record upload link - After you register please upload your proof of vaccination record.

Face masks must be worn at start and finish area. Quota 500.

Latest news - please note the HK Government now is requesting all participants take a PCR test within 48 hours of the race and have the PCR test results available on race day for checking when required. We recommend the cheapest way to do this is choose one of the govt locations across HK (HKD 240) at https://www.communitytest.gov.hk/en/ as need to do within 48hrs of event). The Hong Kong government can change the health regulations at any time without any notice.

SHUTTLE BUS

Bus departure at Yuen Long, Prince Edward, Shatin and Admiralty departing at 5:15am. Please show your bus ticket that is attached to back of race number that you get at race pack pick up.

賽前行李寄存

請寫上參賽號碼(行李牌號碼跟參賽號碼相同)，並於賽前把該行李牌綁於行李上，以便直接寄存行李。

 

Insurance -  Organizer provides 3rd party insurance for event only. Participants should purchase their own personal insurance to cover hospital medical coverage and evacuation if needed.

保險 - 主辦單位只提供活動第三者責任保險。參加者應購買個人保險，以應付醫院醫療及意外撤離費用。
