Event Entry 報名辦法

HOW TO ENTER:

Everyone MUST register online, go to "REGISTER NOW" box at the top right corner of this website. After you complete the registration online form, you can settle the payment by credit card (Only accept Visa and Master card).

Also after online registration, you will automatically go to this page when hitting continue button. 

 

Confirmation of entry:

Once payment is received, the payment system will send a confirmation letter with entry details to you via email. Please make sure we have your correct email as we will send updates to you. Please notify us immediately if we have your wrong email. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE SO GET YOUR ENTRY IN.

 

Cancellation & Refunds - Terms & Conditions:

Strictly no refunds once payment is made. No refund in case of any race disruption including but not limited to cancellation, suspension, reroute, or delay due to weather condition or force majeure such as outbreak, demonstration, or unexpected cancellation of event permits by government.  No transfer of credit is possible to another race and you can NOT give your entry to another person or sell it to another person. HK$150 for all changes, admin changes like adding a team/charity/sponsor name or changing a distance category which does not include any price differences in categories which must also be paid in addition with a deadline for all changes 2 weeks before the race. After the deadline 2 weeks before the race no changes will be accepted.  If the race is postponed or moved to a new date, the above rules still applies until the race proceeds.   Race Director has the final say on all matters.

 

 

Before the Race:

 

Each participant must get tested for COVID-19 within 48 hours of 1.the race. Testing can be done at private clinic or at government community center. The website for government centers are listed here: https://www.communitytest.gov.hk/zh-HK . The cost for testing is HKD $240. Upon receiving the confirmation for the test results, please whatsapp or SMS the information and your bib number / Name to 94087430 before the race.

Example: The race is on April 11th at 6:30am. The testing cannot be done before April 9th at 6:30am. You can walk into any government testing centre at opening at 8:00am to test. The results would come back within 24 hours and you can text us the message for the results with your bib number and name.

 

Bibs and runners pack will be ready at Action X Store ( G/F 121-2.125 Wing Lok Street, Sheung Wan ) on Friday April 9th and Saturday April 10th.

 

Runners waiver will be ready at Action X Store for you to review 3.and sign on arrival. Each runner will also receive and must fill in the Action Asia Events HK Limited Health Declaration and turn in at the race.

 

 

參加方法:

網上登記 – 所有參賽者須登入本網頁www.actionasiaevents.com，於右上方位置"REGISTER NOW" 填寫登記表格。完成登記後，閣下可選擇付款方式，繼續完成網上付款.

信用卡:

當完成網上登記表格，系統便自動進入網上繳款程序。

參賽確認：

先到先得。完成繳付報名費之參賽登記方為有效。請注意！機構單位不會另發電郵確認報名事宜。故此請於報名時，請提供正確電郵以便日後寄上賽事資訊。

更改、取消或退款：

不設退款。如果比賽中斷，包括但不限於由於天氣條件，疾情，示威或政府活動許可証取消導致的取消，暫停，改道或延誤，將不設退款。參賽資格不能轉移到其他賽事，亦不能作轉讓或出售他人。參賽者須繳付港幣HK$150 作為有關更改之行政費用，如隊伍/ 贊助名稱等。若轉換賽事距離組別，除上述之行政費用外，另須繳付因轉組所須之報名費用差額。所有更改申請須於比賽日兩星期或之前提出，否則大會將不會受 理。如果比賽改期，以上的條款生效到比賽進行。 賽事總監保留最後決定權。

 

 

比賽前：

每位參賽者必須在比賽前48小時內接受COVID-19的測試。可以在私人診所或政府社區中心進行測試。政府中心的網站在這裡列出：https://www.communitytest.gov.hk/zh-HK。測試費用為港幣$ 240。收到測試結果的確認後，請在比賽前whatsapp或SMS將該信息及您的號碼布/姓名發送至94087430。

範例：比賽於4月11日上午6:30舉行。在4月9日上午6:30之後去做測試。您可以在上午8:00開業時走進任何政府考試中心進行測試。結果將在24小時內回覆，之後將信息發給我們

號碼布和跑者禮物包將於4月9日（星期五）和4月10日（星期六）在Action X商店（上環永樂街121-125號地下）取。

3. Action X商店將準備好豁免聲名，供您在抵達時簽名。每位選手並必須填寫《動感亞洲活動》的健康申報表，並在比賽前交。
