Race Pack Pick Up 參賽物品及領取方式

Date:  Mar 6th to Mar 9^th , 2024 (Wed to Saturday)  unless OVERSEAS participant showing proof of ID/passport can pickup day before race.

Late entrants: If you registered within 14 days of this event please pick up race pack on last day of race pack pickup unless an email request is accepted.

Time: 11:30am - 7:30pm Weds Mar 6 - Fri Mar 8 and 2pm-7:30pm Sat Mar 9

Location: ACTION X STORE – 11 Floor, Unit B, 12 Wing Lok Street, Wing Sing Commercial Centre, Sheung Wan, HK - exit A2 and walk 50m LEFT towards Central direction - Map of the store at www.actionxstore.com

(unless OVERSEAS participant showing proof of ID/passport can pickup day before race after emailing us to arrange to bring by Mar 1)

Race Pack include Race number, shirt, pins.

Picking up race pack for others?? - If you need someone else to pick up for you, please download RELEASE FORM from the DOWNLOAD PDF from the left side of this website and insert your identity card number top left and sign at the bottom. Then give your friend to take to race pack pick up.

Attention: Participants who miss the race pack pick up date can contact Action Asia Events for special race pack pick up arrangement on the race day. HKD150 cash administration fee is required at the counter on the race day. Administration fee can be waived for participants from Macau, Mainland China or overseas, please email us with your valid ID scanned copy (payment@actionasiaevents.com) before March 1st - 6 pm for special arrangement and present your valid ID at the counter on race day.
Race Director has final say on any changes.

跑手包物品：參賽者號碼布、扣針、衫、等等。

我可以代替其他人領取跑手包嗎？
您可以請其他人代領跑手包。但參賽者需要從此頁面的左側下載RELEASE FORM及健身申報表表格，然後於右上角填上身份証號碼，並簽妥後交給代領者。於前往領取跑手包時，請代領者帶上該表格。

 注意：參加者如未能在指定日期領取選手包，請聯絡動感亞洲安排於比賽當日領取選手包，參加者須於比賽當日繳付港幣150現金行政費。澳門/ 中國大陸居民 或 海外參賽者，並能于比賽日出示有效之ID / 身份證明文件除外，可獲豁免。請於03月01日下午6時前，電郵Payment@actionasiaevents.com與大會聯絡及確認，郵件請附上有效之ID / 身份證明掃描文件，以便特別安排。

比賽總監有最終決定權。
