Event Entry 報名辦法

 

Online registration is now closed. Onsite registration is available at race pack counter on Oct 24 & 25 (11:30AM-7:45PM).

網上報名已經結束，尚餘名額將於10月24及25日(上午11:30-下午7:45)領取跑手包櫃位接受報名。

 

HOW TO ENTER:

Everyone MUST register online, go to "REGISTER NOW" box at top right corner of this website. After you complete the registration online form, you will have the credit card payment option. If you have any issue with payment and need other payment options, please email us: payment@actionasiaevents.com

*First come first serve until quota full. NO RACE DAY ENTRY.

Also after online registration, you will automatically go to this page when hitting continue button.

Confirmation of entry
Once payment is received, the payment system will send a confirmation letter with entry details to you via email. Please make sure we have your correct email as we will send updates to you. Please notify us immediately if we have your wrong email. 

Cancellation & Refunds:
Strictly no refunds once payment is made. No transfer of credit is possible to another race and you can NOT give your entry to another person or sell it to another person. HK$150 for all changes, admin changes like adding a team/charity/sponsor name or changing a distance category which does not include any price differences in categories which must also be paid in addition with a deadline for all changes 2 weeks before the race. After the deadline 2 weeks before the race no changes will be accepted.  Race Director has the final say on all matters.

 

參加方法:
網上登記 – 所有參賽者須登入本網頁www.actionasiaevents.com，於右上方位置"REGISTER NOW" 填寫登記表格。完成登記後，閣下可用信用卡方式付款。

如有任何關於支付的問題或需要其他支付方式，請電郵：payment@actionasiaevents.com。 

報名以先到先得形式，額滿即止。比賽當日不接受現場報名。

信用卡:
當完成網上登記表格，系統便自動進入網上繳款程序。只接受Visa 或Master信用咭。

確認報名:

當收到有關付款，系統將會發出附上報名資料的確認電郵。請碓保所提供電郵正確，因我們將透過電郵向參加者提供最新賽事消息。如發現所提供電郵錯誤，請立即通知我們。

更改、取消或退款：
不 設退款。參賽資格不能轉移到其他賽事，亦不能作轉讓或出售他人。參賽者須繳付港幣HK$150 作為有關更改之行政費用，如隊伍/ 贊助名稱等。若轉換賽事距離組別，除上述之行政費用外，另須繳付因轉組所須之報名費用差額。所有更改申請須於比賽日兩星期或之前提出，否則大會將不會受 理。賽事總監保留最後決定權。
