First come first serve based on first 120 participants.

• *Refer a friend anytime -  Anyone (entered this race) who refers a NEW participant  (who has never entered any overseas AAE 3-day event before), both you and the NEW participant will be entitled to a HKD600 voucher for shopping at Action X Store. To enjoy the promotion, it is the NEW participant’s responsibility to write down the referral details in the registration form during the online registration. There’s no limit on how much you can accumulate (for e.g., 4 NEW participants write down your details as referee. You are entitled HKD2,400 (4xHKD600) voucher for shopping at Action X Store) T&Cs: NEW participant: who has never entered any overseas AAE 3-day event before including 2008-2019 Mongolia, Lijiang, Kazakhstan, Nepal, etc.  Referral details: Name, phone number, email address.

Entry Procedure & Payment Method

CLICK REGISTER NOW BUTTON TOP RIGHT CORNER OF THIS PAGE FIRST. Then click continue at bottom of the registration form which sends us your online form automatically. You will then be forwarded to credit card payment page automatically and can continue paying by credit card. (We will have received your online entry application already when you hit the submit button so don't worry).

card payment.

Confirmation of entry
Once payment is received, payment system will send a confirmation letter with entry details to you via email. Please make sure we have your correct email as we will send updates to you. Please notify us immediately if we have your wrong email. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE SO GET YOUR ENTRY IN.

Changes, Cancellation & Refund policy (Effective from: 29 May 2018)
Upon cancellation of an event registration, participant will be charged a certain percentage of the total price of entry fee (cancellation charge) / a larger percentage can be credited to the next AAE 3-day race as listed below.

• If the registration is canceled 6 months or before the event day: 90% credit can be transferred to the next 3-day AAE race; or 50% of the full enrollment fee will be retained by the organization
• If the registration is canceled 5 months before the event day: 80% credit can be transferred to the next 3-day AAE race; or 50% of the full enrollment fee will be retained by the organization
• If the registration is canceled 4 months before the event day: 60% credit can be transferred to the next 3-day AAE race; or 60% of the full enrolment fee will be retained by the organization
• If the registration is canceled 3 months before the event day: 40% credit can be transferred to the next 3-day AAE race; or 80% of the full enrolment fee will be retained by the organization
• If the registration is canceled 2 months before the event day: 20% credit can be transferred to the next 3-day AAE race; no request for reimbursement will be honored.

*For all refund cases, participants will bear the admin charge.

Transfer of entry to a friend after payment is only allowed up to 2 weeks before race day and is not allowed to be advertised in any media platform. HK$150 (US$20) admin charge for personal detail changes or category changes only up to 2 weeks before race day. Race Director has the final say on all matters.
