Recycling / No Cups racing

The average runner uses 3 paper cups over a 5km race.

Over 15k, 31k and 58k, that’s a lot of cups. Let’s help save the environment racing with NO CUPS. Use a reusable bottle, hydration bag or a foldable cup during a race, and take only what you need.

It just takes a small effort from everyone to make a big difference in the world we live in.

นักวิ่งทั่วไปจะใช้แก้วกระดาษเฉลี่ย 3 ใบในการวิ่งระยะทาง 5 กิโลเมตร

ดังนั้นคงต้องใช้แก้วจำนวนมากสำหรับการวิ่งระยะทาง 15, 34 และ 58 กม. แต่เราสามารถร่วมกันรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมได้ด้วยการ ไม่ใช้แก้ว และเลือกใช้ขวดที่นำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ได้ เป้น้ำ หรือแก้วพับเก็บได้ ในระหว่างการแข่งขัน โดยนำของติดตัวไปเฉพาะเท่าที่จำเป็น

Luggage baggage check

Participants can check in their luggauge at the start line at Doi Inthanon National Park Headquarters (23km after entry gate near top of mountain) and Action Asia staff will look after it, but it will be appreciated if you don't leave any valuables as Action Asia Events will not be responsible for your bags.

Insurance - Organizer provides 3rd party insurance for event only. Participants should purchase their own personal insurance to cover hospital medical coverage and evacuation if needed.

What's NOT included in the entry fee?

- 250 THB Foreigner National Park Entry Permit Fee - Needs to pay at the entrance of the National Park (Original 300 THB but 50 THB included in race entry fee already)

- 50 THB National Park Entry Permit Fee for local Thai nationals 

- No water at the start

Book a mini-bus:

You can gather a maximum of 9 ppl and book a 9-seater mini-bus (round-trip) from Chiang Mai (Nimman) to start point of Doi Inthanon National Park for you, your friends and your running group at USD133 (~THB4104). Booking and online payment is available on the online registration form.
