“I’ve just been working in Hong Kong for 2 years. Hoping to do more outdoor races, I choose the 13k category of Hysan Healthy Hike and Run. In order to finish within two and half hour, I run in the morning and also do a lot of hiking like in the Twins.”

「來香港工作有兩年了,希望能多參加一些戶外的比賽。這次選擇了希慎健康遠足及跑步賽13公里。給自己定了一個小目標:兩個半小時衝線。為此,我做了晨跑訓練,還進行了幾次遠足,例如雙子山等。」
