Team Garlic shares love on nature at Kayak n Run Series in association with BWET 

Team Garlic, the trail enthusiasts are aiming for a better result at Action Asia Kayak n Run Series – Discovery Bay in association with BWET this Saturday. 

1. How many times have you guys participated in our races before? Is it your first time to join Action Asia Kayak n Run Series – Discovery Bay in association with BWET?   
We joined numerous races organized by Action Asia Events for over ten years. We started to race at Action Asia Kayak n Run Series ever since the very first race in Discovery Bay.  

2. How to balance the daily work and pre-race training?
We live in Lantau Island and mountain trail just next to our door!  Trail running is part of our daily life. We would spend more time on training every weekend. We usually do 3-4 hour training of various kinds like trail running, on-road running, biking etc. on weekend.

3. How do you encourage your family, friends or other people to join outdoor events?
For beginners, I think the driving force is the "Love on Nature". I encourage my friends to try short distance races, like the Action SPRINT Trail Series.

4. What are your expectations for this race?
We wish to finish the race with better result than last year!
 
5. For water sports like kayaking, what kind of swim shorts would you prefer to wear?
We prefer to wear triathlon short for the race. Before and after the race, I like stylish ones for water activities.
