Full adventure - The true Action Asia Challenge experience as the hardest and most hardcore category living up to the full spirit of adventure racing pushing teams of 2 (over 40km total) in the following disciplines:

- Mountain Biking

- Ocean Kayaking

- River rock scrambling with ropes

- Swimming

- Trail Running

- Ocean Kayaking

Kayak n Run (no helmet needed) - Teams of 2 (NOW FULL)

- Ocean Kayaking (approx 5 km)

- Trail running (approx 7 km)

Trail running (no helmet needed) (Solo) - (16 km)

Trail RUN GPX link for Garmin: (open and hit "save as course" then click REVERSE as opposite direction. Race will be clockwise.

- Trail running only with 90% dirt trails, ridge lines and 10% road (easy for all as not difficult terrain but challenging).
