Equipment List 裝備

Per Team (Full Adventure category):
1.    1 x first-aid kit (adhesive plaster, sterilizing solution or antiseptic wipes/ointment, medical adhesive tape, gauze pad, triangular bandage)
2.    1 x bicycle pump
3.    2 x spare tubes
4.    1 x tool kit
5.    1 x patch kit
6.    1 x compass
7.    1 x whistle


Per Competitor (Full Adventure category):
1.    1 x climbing harness - UIAA and CE approved
2.    1 x screw gate locking carabiner FOR ABSEIL connected to Fig 8
3.    2 x screw gate or auto-locking carabiners FOR FIXED LINES connected to slings
4.    1 x helmet, either bike or climbing
5.    2 x 50-60cm slings, commercially sewn (length measured when laid out flat)
6.    1 x figure 8 descending device (size medium) NO ATCs allowed
7.    1 x mountain bike (tires min width 1.9 inch and wheels minimum 26 inch diameter) (Semi-slicks ok)
8.    1 x pair of gloves suitable for abseiling (FINGERLESS BIKE GLOVES OK FOR ROPE SECTIONS)
9.    Running shoes
10.   1.5 Litre minimum hydration fluid system
11.   1 x windbreaker / rain jacket
12.  Mandatory race shirt on outer layer with race number on front (not back or side).


Recommended Items (Full Adventure category):
1.    1 x energy bar/gel for each hour on the course (waterproof packaging) or similar calorie count food.
2.    Sunscreen
3.    Quick dry/polypropolene clothing (i.e. Salomon, Equinox Extreme, Mountain Hardwear, etc.)
4.    Salt / electrolyte tablets or rehydration salts
5.   Flotation vest - (race organizer also has if you need)
6.   Carbon fibre or other type of kayak paddle - (race organizer also has if you need)

每位參賽選手(完全挑戰賽組別):
1.    安全帶,必須是UIAA或CE認可 X 1
2.    螺絲鎖扣(游繩下降時連接八字環)X 1
3.    螺絲鎖扣或自動鎖扣(連繫安全繩)X 2
4.    頭盔(單車或攀岩類型皆可)X 1
5.    合規格之50-60厘米繩索 X 2
6.    八字環(中型) X 1,不能使用ACT
7.    越野單車 X 1(輪胎最小闊1.9英寸,車輪直徑最小26英寸)(可用Semi-slicks)
8.    適合游繩下降用的手套(無指單車手套皆可)
9.    跑鞋
10.    最少1.5 公升食水
11.    防水風褸/雨衣
12.    必須穿著賽事指定背心作賽,號碼布必須置於背心前方
