Race Pack Pick Up & Registration 參賽物品及領取方式

RACE PACK PICK-UP WEEK OF RACE May 13-17,2014.


First Stage : IF YOU REGISTERED AND PAID ON/ BEFORE MAY 11, please pick up race pack between MAY 13-17 (TUE-SAT) at Action X Store in Sheung Wan.

Second stage: runner pack pick up from MAY 16-17 (FRI-SAT) for registration and entry paid on or AFTER MAY 12.
 
No registration on race morning.



Race pack pick up location:
ACTION X STORE - 28 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, HK - exit A2 and walk 50m behind Circle K - www.actionxstore.com


Registration for pick up Race Pack with Race numbers, shirts, pins, luggage tag, timing band and other sponsor things together with bike number if in adventure category:

Race pack pick up for friends - See attached RELEASE FORM in DOWNLOAD PDF on left side which you can download, sign and give to friend to pick up for you if you can't make it.

Adventure category equipment - WE NEED TO SEE IT at race pack pick up if you have NOT RACED IN LAST 2 editions of Action Asia Challenge (2013 & 2012). Must bring and show your climbing harness, carabiners x 3, figure 8 and slings x 2 to the staff at race pack pick up. If not they will not give you your race pack. Must have equipment for 2 people on team. Not 1 person. This is for your safety.


挑戰賽裝備 – 參賽者必須於領取跑手包時出示指定裝備(若閣下曾參與動感亞洲挑戰賽2012 或2013之賽事可包括免)。必須出示(1) 安全帶，必須是UIAA或CE認可 X 1; (2) 螺絲鎖扣（游繩下降時連接八字環）X 1; (3) 螺絲鎖扣或自動鎖扣（連繫安全繩）X 2; 八字環（中型） X 1(不能使用ACT); 合規格之50-60厘米繩索(slings) X 2。若未能出示有關裝備，大會將不會發放跑手包。請注意必須同時出示同隊2 人之裝備。請明白上述為安全理由，多謝合作。

提取跑手包安排: 將於2014年5月13-17日進行

2014年5月11日或之前成功繳款登記之參賽者，第一階段請於5月13日-17日(星期二至星期六)前往領取跑手包。

2014年5月12日或之後成功繳款登記之參賽者，將於第二階段領取跑手包，即5月16日-17日(星期五及星期六)。

比賽當日不設提取跑手包。

賽前登記及領取號碼布、紀念T-SHIRT、扣針及計時帶。完全挑戰賽另附有單車號碼牌。


領取賽手物資地點:
