Countdown Begins: Join 2024 Goodman Healthy Hike & Run and Discover the Beauty of Hong Kong's Trails!

HONG KONG, [6 March, 2024] – In less than a week, outdoor enthusiasts from Hong Kong and around the world will be enjoying the return of the exciting Goodman Healthy Hike & Run.

To be held on Sunday, March 10, 2024, the event celebrates Hong Kong's stunning hiking trails while promoting environmental initiatives like 'leave no trace' and is recognised as a top 10 outstanding green event.

For the third year, Goodman Group returns as the title sponsor of the Goodman Healthy Hike & Run Race. Kristoffer Harvey, Chief Executive Officer, Greater China at Goodman Group said "The Goodman Healthy Hike & Run is a key event on our community calendar which also includes the Goodman Magic Mile. This fantastic event immerses runners in the best of Hong Kong’s trails and natural beauty and reminds everyone about the importance of sustainability and waste reduction. Race details

The race will commence from the Tai Tong Shan Road BBQ area, offering participants a choice of 5 km, 13 km, or 19 km routes, each promising an invigorating adventure. Runners in the 19 km race will start at 7:30 am, with a five-hour time limit, followed by the 13 km and 5 km runners. While each route diverges through the Tai Lam Country Park, they all converge back onto the stunning Yuen Tun Trail.

To ensure an environmentally conscious and enjoyable experience, fruit and water will be provided at checkpoints and the finish line. Runners are encouraged to bring their own bottles to refill along the way. Shuttle bus services will be available from Admiralty, Prince Edward and Shatin.  Participants of all ages are welcome, with children below the age of 12 years old required to be accompanied by an adult.
